There you go, the law of attraction. I had to comment as you have exactly the same ideas about The Secret as I have. To me it is basically determination, not letting go of your goal whatever happens and not giving up. Not all of us are able to do this all the time, we have ups and downs, but if we are determined to at least better ourselves then we have a good chance to do so. Sometimes though, life takes over and whatever we do someone or something can interfere. What does amaze me is as you say, when luck or coincidence comes into it and people say, I was following the Secret and then won the Lottery. Sorry that can only be rubbish. It is all about hard work and as Michael said, practice until you get it right.
